Numéro De Série

I have tried several recipes from the donut, but none I had ever met. Always came out too "dry" and "hard" and did not understand why, until my aunt (holy woman) did not tell me that the secret of a good donut is in the potato starch.
said than done.

Ingredients:
400 grams of sugar
4 medium eggs
500 grams of flour
1 packet of yeast + 1 tsp
50 grams of potato starch
a small glass of vegetable oil
a glass of milk
lemon juice

Mix the eggs well with sugar and add the oil and flush mixed.

Separately, mix the flour and baking powder and add to the mix a little 'time.

Add the lemon juice, potato starch and then the milk, having patience to stir until the mixture has absorbed all liquid.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and butter and flour and a pan for cakes. Pour in the mixture.

Bake, cook for about 50 minutes. Always check with a toothpick (or a piece of spaghetti) that the cake is baked inside, before pulling out.
Let cool and decorate as you like. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar classic, or as in my case, with a thin layer of icing and of colored candies.

The donut will be slightly crunchy outside and soft inside.
