Visual Identity

One area where I recently discovered that in the world are converting many architects is that of the visual identity, in particular for establishing the corporate image, brand or trademark, as it provides 100% 's identity of a company.

This type of industry, in fact, I learned some knowledge during my MBA, when we had to deal with the form of Brand Management. This is what identifies the market segment, the image the company wants to have if, in reference to specific targets. Let me give an example, as an architect, I know these things to the majority of stakeholders (architects, too) is unknown. So, take for example a house of imaginary shoes. He has a good product and a low production cost. Yet its products have relatively high costs in the market. Why? because there is a well-defined corporate policy that they want those products are not for everyone, in order to go to create a imagine upper-middle-class product. I hope that I explained.

This type of management policy has to do with your brand.

Now define the "philosophies" that are behind, can be regarded as brand management.

but actually define what is the brand, starting with the logo, style, shopping, to website graphics, the selection of buildings and architectural definition of it (the number and breadth of the field will be derived from the assumptions management), that's all this is something they can do with a particular inclination and predisposition architects.

Treating image business, from small things to big things, if and when the opportunity arises.

in the meantime I send you a link to an article in English can be interesting and I intend to return to the matter as soon as possible.
