Primer Over Flat Paint?

Financial Crisis

All we know now that the financial crisis of recent times is sinking a building market already always in some crisis.
On one side the great capital for major works are fundamentally failing. Across the whole market led by purchases or renovation of homes being affected by the greater difficulty they have today banks to issue loans.
Good.
But there is a slice of the market who are missing and perhaps for once, would it be worth considering.
There are a whole part of investors who currently do not know what to do with their money: keep them in the bank is risky, investing in various funds and investments in securities (excuse the ignorance but having never had as a young architect big savings, not I have never been duly undertaken to examine these things, even when I had to study) has become a very unwise thing.
So? put them under the tile did not make sense. And then at this point we architects and actors of the construction market, why do not we start advising people to invest these funds in its property market? its investment through the classic Italian style of the "brick"? All this would benefit
:
- investors, found a property and also an income from it
- Manufacturers (more jobs)
- designers (most orders)
- skilled labor in the construction industry (more stability and certainty about the future)
- general market (more dwelling rents = more low)
- companies (the housing crisis would be resolved)

And then, after all, the tools to aggregate multiple investors into a single entity for the construction of buildings there.
and new construction in new urban contexts designed reinstalls, may be a way to realize a model of housing and living more sustainably.

There is even a model, I can not remember the name, residential complexes that are organized by way 'of great family, offering their internal services to condominiums, which usually seek elsewhere. An example: the housewife in the block h board offers to keep the children of couples who work in special space of the housing complex. (If anyone remembers the name, I would be happy if the signal).

Not to mention building the Convention, a useful tool for the design of houses in good quality content and lower costs.
